The primary responsibilities of a Sales Manager are customers Management, Pricing & Marketing, and Planning
Identify emerging New Product markets while being fully aware of Current and new product Market Shift and competition status.
Contentiously seek to setup new Sales channel Locations and overseeing the on-boarding process.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for Each Sales Channels; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Develops a business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Key Accounts.
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
Conducts one-on-one review with all Key Account to build more effective communications, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account’s sales and activity performance.
Hiring and training new sales representatives. Schedule /Intercompany transfer of Sales Staff, assign daily duties and motivate the sales staff at any retail location.
